I leave for Ulverston tomorrow a.m. For a Buddhist retreat- to discover inner peace- if such a thing exists- and a time out from illness and dependence.

@ xfreakx- it WILL b quite a journey- 10 odd hours of travelin each way; and ive got motion sickness. glutton fer punishment or wat, eh?
hahaha hmmmm getting there sure is cranky! But! while coming back remember that there is NO sickness.. there is NO travel.. and so on.. or so the zen says.. ;)
